Items for Sale
Only the items listed on MusicDirect.net.au are available for purchase from this website.
We reserve the right to add or withdraw items or vary prices without notice.
We will honour the prices listed on MusicDirect.net.au at the time of your purchase.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST, handling, packing and postage for delivery within Australia only.
Payment may be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Your payment is processed when you checkout your order. Your order will be processed once payment in full has been made. We will contact you should there be any difficulty in processing your payment.
Payment by PayPal is currently unavailable.

Free Postage within Australia only
All orders are posted using Australia Post’s standard mail service to the delivery address you specify (street address or post office box). Large orders may need to be sent by courier to a street address only; couriers cannot delivery to a post office box. We will advise you if this is the case.

Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 5 working days from the date full payment has been made. This may vary depending on the availability of items at the time of purchase. We will contact you should there be any difficulty in fulfilling your order.

Packing & Delivery
Single items will normally be posted in an Australia Post CD or DVD mailer. Multiple items may be posted in an Australia Post padded bag or mailing box. Bubble wrap will be used to protect your item/s if required.

An order of multiple items will normally be posted complete in a single package. Should any items be out of stock at the time of purchase, we will normally wait until all items have been received before posting them to you. We will inform you of any delays by email.

If you would like us to post the available items sooner, please note this in the Comment field at Step 1: Enter Order/Delivery Details in the Shopping Cart Checkout when you place your order. If you subsequently decide that you would like us to post the available items sooner, please email us at orders@musicdirect.net.au quoting your Order/Reference Number and we will gladly do this at no extra cost. Any remaining items will be posted to you once they are in stock.

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery within Australia.

Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays
These are processed on the next working day.

Lost, Faulty, Damaged & Unavailable Items
Replacement for any items lost in transit will be handled on an individual basis. If items have not been received after a reasonable time has passed and Australia Post or the courier cannot prove that delivery has been made, we will replace them at no extra cost.

Should any items be faulty or damaged we will replace them at no extra cost. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us with a copy of your order and a description of the fault or damage. Mailing Address: MusicDirect, PO Box 496 Balgowlah NSW 2093.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you by email and credit your MusicDirect account with the amount charged for the unavailable items.

Should you encounter a difficulty or have a question about your order, please email us at orders@musicdirect.net.au. Please quote your Order/Reference Number and be as specific as possible so we can assist you most effectively.
